    All products are delivered using the UK Royal Mail Service (We are based in London, England)

    You have 4* delivery options to choose from at the point of sale and they are described below:

    2nd Class Delivery* - UK only (* for high value items this option may not be available) Takes 2 - 5 working days

    2nd Class Recorded delivery - UK Only. Takes 2 - 5 working days, and a signature will be required upon receipt of the item at the address you have given. However this is the recommended option as it ensures your delivery to a higher degree.

    International Airmail - Delivery required for the rest of the world

  • Cancellation / Refund Policy

    All products are sold on a Non-Refundable basis, unless they are received damaged or not as advertised; please e-mail or call our customer services if you would like to enquire.

    • If we cancel your order
    • Whilst we endeavour to fulfill all orders, there are many unforeseen reasons why a tour may not run, such as poor weather conditions, road closures etc.
    • If your tour is cancelled by us you will have the option of a Full Refund or to Transfer your ticket to another tour of the same value
  • Ordering

    Purchasing products must be made via this website. If you call or email our customer services we may accept payment via Bank Transfer or Cheque if there is sufficient time before the tour starts; your ticket will not be confirmed until the money has cleared into our account

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Payment can be made online via PayPal. If you have a discount coupon it must be used at the time of purchase, it cannot be retrospectively applied. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions or discount coupons at any time

  • Viewing Orders

    This may be done via this website only under your My Account section.

  • Updating Account Information

    You may update your account details whenever you wish via the My Account section, or you can contact our customer services to do it for you. It is your responsibility to keep us up to date with any changes to your Telephone Number and E-mail address, in order for us to contact you regarding any Changes to a tour that you are booked onto.
